Cartorhynchus lenticarpus, ichthyosauriform from clade Nasorostra. Early Triassic of Eastern China.
Reconstruction based on the single known specimen, the tail is reconstructed on the basis of Sclerocormus parviceps, relative of Cartorhynchus. The limbs of both animals is unknown (except for a few phalanges).
